The paper introduces the training, development and communication activities in the University Library of Milano-Bicocca, that have been taking place since 2004: different products and activities about communication and marketing have been made, such as guide services, website, posters, newsletters, events etc.; many surveys with qualitative and quantitative approaches have been carried out about organizational development and an ebook, about customer satisfaction in university libraries, was edited; activities about information literacy were increased and a special section was created on library website and even subsection full of online tutorials; needs analysis about staff training was managed, many hours of courses were provided, different assessments have been carried out including the impact evaluation at a later date.
Il documento presenta le attività di formazione, sviluppo e comunicazione svolte presso la Biblioteca di Ateneo di Milano-Bicocca dal 2004 ad oggi: rispetto alla comunicazione e al marketing sono stati realizzati diversi prodotti e attività, quali guide ai servizi, sito web, poster, newsletter, eventi etc.; rispetto allo sviluppo organizzativo sono state svolte molte indagini con approccio qualitativo e quantitativo ed è stato curato un ebook; rispetto alla formazione degli utenti sono state incrementate le attività ed è stata creata una sezione dedicata sul sito web ricca di tutorial online; rispetto alla formazione dello staff sono state erogate molte ore di formazione alla luce dell’analisi dei bisogni formativi e sono state realizzate diverse valutazioni compresa quella d’impatto, a distanza di tempo.
