This research aims to examine prosocial and aggressive behaviours and to explore the relationship between the behavioural classes. Participants were 185 preschool children, observed in free play with peers. Data analyses showed gender and age effects. Moreover a positive correlation between altruistic behaviour and instrumental aggression was found.
