This paper focalizes on an experience of mobile learning for the training of conciliators. In the first part of the paper we introduce conciliation as the topic for our course, while in the second part we describe the training program. We realized this mobile learning experience with the support of two conciliators who contributed to designing the materials and cooperated and supervised the creation of the learning materials in all of its phases. Different learning objects were designed; training pills on specific conciliation topics were identified by the two conciliators. Each learning pill is articulated in the following way: introduction, where we explain the experience; video of conciliation in action. In our video there arc always three actors playing, one the part of a conciliator and two actors in the role of a dispute; explanation of the contents; review of the video after the contents, in order to identify certain aspects relative to the previously explained contents; observation and comments by trainers; re-screening of the video after the training process.

Abstract
This paper focalizes on an experience of mobile learning for the training of conciliators. In the first part of the paper we introduce conciliation as the topic for our course, while in the second part we describe the training program. We realized this mobile learning experience with the support of two conciliators who contributed to designing the materials and cooperated and supervised the creation of the learning materials in all of its phases. Different learning objects were designed; training pills on specific conciliation topics were identified by the two conciliators. Each learning pill is articulated in the following way: introduction, where we explain the experience; video of conciliation in action. In our video there arc always three actors playing, one the part of a conciliator and two actors in the role of a dispute; explanation of the contents; review of the video after the contents, in order to identify certain aspects relative to the previously explained contents; observation and comments by trainers; re-screening of the video after the training process.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
