Abstract
- "projects on illegal use of Internet and cybercrime": the ILLBuster system will enable the automatic discovery of malicious computer networks (e.g. botnets) and the (semi)automatic detection of the contents they deliver (child pornography, malware, phishing, counterfeit merchandise trade) - "projects on sexual exploitation of children": a component providing child pornography detection will be integrated into the system by a partner with specific expertise on this area - "supporting prevention": the ILLBuster system is "proactive", as it want to promote the early signalling of illegal contents to LEAs so that they can put in place countermeasurers to prevent internet users from accessing them. - "supporting cooperation": the project involves LEAs (POLPOST), Academia (UNICA, UNIMIB, NASK, UGA), private sector and civil society (NETCLEAN, T&L). The system is also thought to be a common platform that, in the mid-term, will foster cooperation among LEAs. - "understanding and combating fraud and illegal trade on the internet": ILLBuster will include both phishing and counterfeit merchandise selling detection mechanisms. - "actions against illegal contents and other cybercrimes": the platform will be developed to be extensible so that further modules for the detection of specific illegal activities might be included easily in future developments.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
