Bambini: da rivista di aggiornamento a comunità di apprendimento professionale

The focus of the research is "Bambini", a pedagogical magazine addressed to the educators and the teachers, who work with children aged between 0 and 6 years. The research considered as an Executive Phd research is based on a broader project, that the publisher is carrying on with the important aim of promoting a widespread culture of ECEC; supporting the in-service training; renewing himself in order to become the most authoritative interlocutor and leader for both the scientific community and the community of practice. This is a qualitative research with transformative purpose carried on with the methodology of a cooperative research.

La ricerca è stata realizzata su “Bambini”, una rivista pedagogica dedicata a educatori e insegnanti che lavorano con bambine e bambini da 0 a 6 anni. La ricerca si caratterizza come un dottorato executive in un percorso più ampio che l’editore sta compiendo con il triplice obiettivo di (a) promuovere una cultura dell’infanzia 0-6 diffusa; (b) sostenere la formazione continua in servizio; (c) rinnovarsi per qualificarsi come interlocutore e punto di riferimento autorevole sia per la comunità scientifica sia per la comunità di pratica a cui si rivolge. Si tratta di una ricerca qualitativa con intento trasformativo, condotta secondo la metodologia della ricerca cooperativa.
