The body plays a central role in training processes. The action and the gesture manifest in the training experience a potential that is often underestimated and that some contexts, such as that of prison, are able to exploit in relevant and meaningful ways on a pedagogical, performative and transformative level. The article, starting from the suggestions opened by the chronophotos of the project carried out in Poggioreale in the perspective of embodied education, tries to thematize from a pedagogical perspective the crucial relationship between the body that forms and the performative body.
