In this article we discuss the research model adopted in Lombardia region (northern part of Italy) to develop «Classi 2.0» project, a national innovation programme into which primary and secondary schools were asked to introduce and integrate technological devices in the classrooms. The aim of the project was developing innovative model for supporting teaching and learning processes from different points of view: pedagogical, organizational and technological ones. The article refers about project organization and main outcomes.
