A high speed fully-differential operational amplifier realized in 2μ-BiCMOS technology is proposed. Input MOS buffers allow to use this op amp inSC circuits with high clock frequency (up to 75MHz). The gain stage is realized with resistively loaded bipolar devices. No Common Mode Feedback is requiring saving area, power and increasing speed. The op amp presents a dc gain of about 46dB with a unity gain frequency as large as 700 MHz with 1.5pF load. Measured performance of closed-loop settling time (1%) is about 12nsec.

Abstract
A high speed fully-differential operational amplifier realized in 2μ-BiCMOS technology is proposed. Input MOS buffers allow to use this op amp inSC circuits with high clock frequency (up to 75MHz). The gain stage is realized with resistively loaded bipolar devices. No Common Mode Feedback is requiring saving area, power and increasing speed. The op amp presents a dc gain of about 46dB with a unity gain frequency as large as 700 MHz with 1.5pF load. Measured performance of closed-loop settling time (1%) is about 12nsec.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
