A real-time wavelet transform spectrum analyzer (WTSA) working in the frequency range of 3×10-5 - 1.3×105 Hz was described. The performance of the spectrum analyzer was investigated by performing dynamic light scattering experiments on colloidal suspensions. The advantages of wavelet analysis versus correlation analysis characterized by a wide distribution of time scale and nonstationary processes were also discussed.

Abstract
A real-time wavelet transform spectrum analyzer (WTSA) working in the frequency range of 3×10-5 - 1.3×105 Hz was described. The performance of the spectrum analyzer was investigated by performing dynamic light scattering experiments on colloidal suspensions. The advantages of wavelet analysis versus correlation analysis characterized by a wide distribution of time scale and nonstationary processes were also discussed.File in questo prodotto:
