New structures and new expositive spaces were arranged in the "Cascina Rosa" Botanic Garden. Didactic explanations, as an amphitheatre, an ex-situ spring, a rice-field and an hydrophyte collection increase its vocational potential and characterize all the more its association with the universitary scientific faculties. In parallel, new laboratories and new research workers run studies on plant biodiversity and especially on the genetics of populations about Pancratium maritimum L., Saxifraga cochlearis Rchb. and Saxifraga callosa Sm. The results of such researches are very interesting to outline the phylogenesis of the angiosperms.

Abstract
