This paper attempts to provide a synthetic overview of how the health emergency, caused by the COVID, has been managed in four countries of the former Yugoslavia. For each country is examined the extent of the infection and the measures taken by the various governments to prevent the spread of infections. Moreover, an attempt is made to reconstruct the response that the constitutions provided in face of emergency. Finally, some attention is paid to the role played by the parliaments and to the judgments of the constitutional courts about anti-COVID measures.
