The paper discusses some gendered implications of the Covid-19 outbreak and reflects upon the crucial role played by women in the response to the health crisis, in both the private and public sphere. It also reflects upon the need to address the interconnected crises related to Covid-19 using an intersectional feminist approach and to include women’ voices, knowledge and organizations at the heart of the Covid-19 global response.
