This work aims to present the Questionnaire Well-Being at School (QBS) and its validation. This questionnaire has the aim to evaluate the psychosocial risks factors and the promotion of organizational well-being at school. Starting from literature and laws analysis and with the help of experts, a questionnaire was developed in order to assess different psychosocial risks factors at organizational environment within school. The 953 people who responded to the questionnaire work within the school (82% teachers). The results show the validity and the reliability of this instrument for the evaluation of psychosocial risks factors within school and the possibility to use it for evaluate stress at work. The same organizational factors permit to discriminate different kinds of outcomes (mental fatigues, well-being). The results have been considered a confirmation about the current law on the security at work, which signals potential effects of the work characteristics and in general of the organization of work on the well-being and health of the employees
