In this short research the author wants to assert that the relations if Chinese and Italian company has to be observed in double relations: the Italian firms in China and the Chinese’s company in Italy. Is difficult to know which are the topics characteristics of this firms, but generally we can say that the Chinese’s companies in Italy are small entities on the contrary the Italian firm are very large companies particularly in fashion business.
