Galactic Cosmic Rays (GCRs) entering the Heliosphere experience diffusion, convection, magnetic drift and adiabatic energy loss (the so called solar modulation). We realized a quasi time-dependent 2D Stochastic Simulation of Heliosphere to describe GCRs modulation. The program takes into account co-latitudinal Solar Wind (SW) dependence, charge drift effects and a mofied Parker field in the polar regions. Our model was used to reproduce proton fluxes measured during low solar activity, (AMS-01, Caprice, IMAX) in periods with positive field polarity, and during high solar activity in periods with negative field polarity (BESS 2002). We finally present the prediction of the proton flux as will be measured by the AMS-02 (2010-2012), during high solar activity and negative field polarity
