Huge abdominal cysts are an uncommon. Frequently preoperative imaging is not sufficient to provide a certain diagnosis. Differential diagnosis of abdominal cystic lesion is very complex and in most cases only surgical exploration and hystological examination can provide a definitive diagnosis. This case report describes a case of a woman with a giant cystic abdominal mass withn particular regard to differential disgnosis of this condition
