The study aims to observe the presence of different behaviours by entrepreneurs in the hiring processes of new graduates varying on the firm size. In particular, the analysis is based on the Education-for-Labour Elicitation from Companies’ Attitudes towards University Studies Project involving 471 enterprises operating in Lombardy with 15 or more employees. The preference analysis of the recruiters is carried out using Conjoint Analysis. Moreover, respondents proposed a Gross Annual Salary for the new hire, this information could be used to show how different behaviours of recruiters result in economic variations
