Abstract
We present data on thin films of germanosilicate glass which contains a gallium-oxide nanophase and alkali ions as charge compensators. Films are obtained by DC magnetron sputtering deposition from a target of bulk glass produced by melt quenching technique. These films are investigated as far as it concerns light absorption, emission and charge transportI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
