The publication aims at presenting the contents of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, article by article, in an easy and accessible way. Moreover, it provides suggestions to better advocate at the national level for the ratification and implementation of this treaty, as well as for the recognition of the competence of the Committee on Enforced Disappearances to receive and examine individual communications.
