The Authors analyze a case oof encephalitis characterized by a psycho-organic syndrome with deficits in memory, related with a Muscoril infiltration in a patient with lumbar herpetic neuropathy. Comparing this case with other similar cases of toxic encephalitis related to muscoril administration, the Authors find out that, in the present case, the pharmachological administration was improper.
